The Stockton Heath- based wine retailer, has won the Independent Wine Retailer of the Year award.
The firm, which also has stores in Alderley Edge and Chester, was also named runner up for the title of Drinks Retailer of the Year in an awards ceremony held at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
The judges said they were impressed by Corks Out’s dedication to offering something unique to customers. The installation of wine ‘taster’ machines in the shop may well have caught their eye.
Owner Ruth Yates said: “With 17 awards behind us we are proud of the recognition and feel we are doing something right.”
